Who we are
Quizlumen (quizlumen.com) is operated by Highlight Digital, the trading name of sole proprietor (FOP) Kosiuk Serhii Olehovych (Косюк Сергій Олегович), 21 Nezalezhnosti St, apt. 101, Netishyn, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, 30100, Ukraine. State registration no. 26720000000004094. Not VAT-registered; Paddle, our merchant of record, charges and remits VAT. ("we", "us"). Contact: support@quizlumen.com.
The service
Quizlumen offers online quizzes for entertainment and self-reflection. Results are not professional, medical, psychological, career, legal or financial advice, and IQ results are estimates, not clinical assessments.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
Our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
Prices and payment
Taking quizzes and seeing the short result is free. A single full report costs €6.99 (one-time). The Unlimited membership costs €19.99 per month, renews automatically every month, and gives access to every full report while it is active. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Cancelling a membership
You can cancel any time in My results → Manage or cancel membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; you will not be charged again. Reports you bought separately stay yours.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any purchase, including a membership payment. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller; see our refund policy for how to ask.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or access other people's results.
Our content
All quizzes, puzzles and report texts are our original work and protected by copyright. You may share your own result for personal, non-commercial use.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Purchases are made from Paddle as our reseller under Paddle's buyer terms.
